1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our live, online music publishing and sync course ("Course"). By purchasing our Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Course is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Course Access

The Course is delivered live online via [e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams etc]. You will receive joining instructions via email prior to the start of the Course. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login details, recording sessions, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Course for any reason, including (but not limited to) low enrolment numbers, instructor illness, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel the Course before it begins, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the Course is postponed or rescheduled, we will offer you the option to attend the new session or request a refund.

We are not liable for any costs or losses (such as missed opportunities or other personal arrangements) resulting from a cancellation or schedule change.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT (if registered). Payment is required in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via \[e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe].

6. Refunds and Cancellations by You

Under UK consumer law, you have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days unless the Course has already started and you have accessed the service. By joining a live session within this 14-day period, you waive your right to a refund.

No refunds will be given for missed sessions or partial attendance. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance to discuss possible options (e.g. transfer to a future course, if available).

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and recordings (if any) are owned by Rocket Science Music Ltd and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share any materials without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or career outcomes from completing the Course. The Course is intended for general information and educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including any interruption or cancellation beyond our control.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to it to understand how your data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Course or our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
